Once you’re in, we get to work.Your membership or service begins once you’ve signed up and your first payment has been processed. Recurring memberships are billed monthly in advance, based on the plan you choose.For one-time or à la carte services, pricing is provided upfront so you know what to expect before we get started.Need to change your plan? No problem. We’ll make any applicable billing adjustments or prorations so your invoice reflects the services you’re actually receiving.No mystery charges. No guessing. Just clear pricing and a home that’s being taken care of.

Plans change. We get it. Just give us a little notice.For recurring memberships, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. Your final month of service will be billed as your last month, and you’ll continue to have access to your included services through the end of that billing period.For individual service bookings, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service can be cancelled without a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.To cancel or make changes to your service, simply contact the TKPC team by phone or email. We’ll take care of the rest.In short: memberships need 30 days’ notice. Appointments need 24 hours.
